mango, passionfruit date smoothie

A super refreshing way to cool off on a warm day. Especially when the temperatures are dropping, make sure you treat yourself with a vitamin bomb like our Mango, Passionfruit and Date Smoothie!
Beloved  Date Nectar (Dark Date Juice Concentrate) adds that extra little sweetness to it – a morning date doesn’t get much better than that! 

INGREDIENTS: (makes two glasses):

• 2 passionfruits
• chopped mango pieces (about half of mango)
• 3 tbsp Beloved  Date Nectar (Dark Date Juice Concentrate
• 0.5 dcl water or milk of choice for desired consistency

PREPARATION:

1. Cut your passion fruit in half and scoop out the seeds & flesh with a spoon and sieve to remove as much seeds as possible
2. Wash and peel your mango, then slice it into large chunks
3. ​Place in a food processor or smoothie maker or blender the passionfruit, mango and add Beloved  Date Nectar (Dark Date Juice Concentrate while mixing. Blend on high-speed until smooth. 
4. Gradually add water or milk of choice to achieve desired liquidity/consistency.
5. For a slushy o frozen treat consistency add ice and crush until smooth.
6. Serve the passion fruit mango smoothies garnished with mint leaf.
7. Enjoy!
