Christmas Porridge with Date Nectar

Drizzle some Date Nectar over your porridge to bring out that Christmas spirit. Suitable as a honey replacement for vegans, or agave syrup replacement due to its better nutritional qualities.

  • Make porridge with brown rice milk (or any kind of milk) and add some cinnamon and nutmeg for a Christmasy taste.
  • Stir in flaxseed and top it up with cooked apple, redcurrants, roasted buckwheat groats and drizzle everything with some date nectar.
